Declining SMS consent does not prevent the caller from continuing the call, requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or purchasing or receiving services. Message frequency varies depending on the user’s service request and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP at any time to opt out of further SMS communications. Users may reply HELP for assistance. After opting out, additional SMS messages will not be sent unless the user subsequently opts in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
